1. OVERVIEW
This policy covers all prebooking transactions made through Midas Touch Films. By making a booking, you agree to the refund terms below.
2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
* Full refunds are available within 24 hours of booking.
* No refunds after ticket confirmation or allocation (1 day before release).
* If no show is available in your city, a full refund will be issued.
3. PRICE DIFFERENCE ADJUSTMENTS
* If the ticket price is higher than your prebooking amount, you must pay the difference.
* If lower, the surplus will be refunded after transaction/service fee deductions.
4. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
All eligible refunds will be processed and credited within 30–60 business days to your original payment method.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds will not be provided if:
* Incorrect contact details are submitted
* You fail to attend the show
* Cancellation is requested after ticket confirmation
