1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this prebooking platform (“Platform”), owned and operated by Midas Touch Films (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Platform allows you to prebook tickets for movie screenings and entertainment events.
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

* You must create an account with accurate and complete information.
* You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
* You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
* We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3. PREBOOKING PROCESS

* Booking Confirmation: Your prebooking indicates interest in watching Delhi 2020 but does not guarantee a confirmed ticket. Final schedules and confirmations depend on cinema availability.
* Ticket Confirmation Timeline: Confirmed tickets will be delivered via email, call, SMS, or WhatsApp after the release date.
* Seat Allocation: Seats are automatically assigned with confirmed tickets.
* User Obligations: Once payment is made, no further action is required until confirmation.

4. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

* Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through authorized partners.
* Cancellation Policy: You can request a full refund within 24 hours of booking by emailing [midastouchfilms20@gmail.com](mailto:midastouchfilms20@gmail.com). No refunds after ticket allocation.
* Non-Availability of Screens: If no screen is available in your city, you will receive a full refund.
* Price Adjustments: If the final ticket price is higher, you must pay the difference. If lower, the surplus will be refunded after deductions.
* Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed and credited within 30–60 business days.

5. TICKET DELIVERY AND FULFILLMENT

* Fulfillment Condition: Once a show is allocated to you in your preferred area/date, our obligation is fulfilled.
* Ticket Delivery: Final tickets will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA USAGE

* By using the Platform, you consent to sharing booking details with theatre and distribution partners.
* Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
* We may use anonymized data for analytics and improvements.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Platform is owned by Midas Touch Films or its licensors. You may not copy or reproduce it without permission.

8. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:

* Violate any laws or third-party rights
* Interfere with the Platform
* Engage in fraud or unauthorized access
Violation may result in account termination.

9. DISCLAIMERS
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Midas Touch Films does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.

10. PLATFORM CHANGES
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services anytime. Confirmed bookings will be honored or refunded.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, M.P.
